As a mental health professional and as a person, I deeply believe in the inherent human values within us, the potential for self-awareness, and the idea that a supportive environment allows space for safety, empathy, and acceptance, enabling secure changes in individuals, family systems, or couples. These principles accompany me in my life and profession, and I trust that I can be of service and benefit to others.
Regarding people and their challenges, I take a holistic approach through the entire transgenerational relational system. Therefore, in my self-awareness work and continuous education, I consider it my task to thoroughly understand and integrate supportive tools and methodologies that best fit the individual’s surrounding family, couples, and other systems, aiming to offer the most suitable assistance.
I conduct my work in a non-clinical environment under regular supervision. Languages: Hungarian, English.
