Integrative Therapy Space
Who We Are
Integrative Therapy Space is a private, professional therapeutic setting offering confidential psychological support for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We provide both short-term and longer-term therapeutic work, depending on each person’s needs, pace, and life situation.
Our approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and relationship-centred. We work with people who may be experiencing emotional, relational, or psychological difficulties, including those who are otherwise well-functioning but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward.
With many years of multidisciplinary experience, our practitioners work either individually or collaboratively to support clients in clarifying their difficulties, understanding underlying patterns, and developing more sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others.
Our Belief
We strongly believe in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and change. Our aim is to support people in developing a more balanced, connected, and meaningful life—fostering inner stability, emotional clarity, and more satisfying relationships through deeper understanding, mutual respect, and authentic communication.
We pay particular attention to the ways early experiences, relational patterns, and the body’s responses shape how a person relates to themselves and others in the present. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we are interested in the adaptive strategies that once helped a person cope and may no longer be serving them. By gently bringing awareness to these patterns within a safe therapeutic relationship, clients can begin to experience greater choice, flexibility, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and those around them.
Therapeutic Approach
At Integrative Therapy Space, we believe that effective therapy does not come from being told what to do, but from being met, understood, and supported in making one’s own meaning and choices.
Our work is:
-
Trauma-informed, with careful attention to safety, pacing, and nervous-system regulation
-
Attachment-focused, recognising the central role of relationships in emotional wellbeing
-
Body-oriented, integrating bodily awareness alongside emotional and cognitive processes
-
Collaborative and non-directive, grounded in the belief that the client is the expert on their own experience
We see therapy as a process of walking alongside the client rather than leading from ahead or positioning ourselves above them. Empowerment, autonomy, and respect are central to our work.
Careful assessment, clear and understandable explanations, accurate information, and empathic professional guidance form the foundation of our therapeutic process.

Integrate a holistic mind–body approach, recognizing the impact of stress, trauma, and emotional experiences on both psychological and physical wellbeing
This approach allows us to address not only symptoms, but also their root causes—supporting deeper healing, nervous system regulation, resilience, and sustainable personal and relational growth. By attending to both psychological processes and the body’s stress responses, we help clients understand how past experiences, trauma, and ongoing relational patterns shape their emotional and physical wellbeing. Our work focuses on restoring balance, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening adaptive coping strategies, enabling individuals, couples, and families to move toward greater stability, connection, and long-term wellbeing.
Our services are open to adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking a supportive and respectful space to explore their concerns. We understand that reaching out for support can feel challenging, and we meet each client with care, curiosity, and compassion. Therapy is shaped around your unique experiences, values, and pace, whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, feeling stuck in long-standing patterns, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance. Our aim is to offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward healing, connection, and lasting change.
